This is the northernmost continent of the world, split into multiple regions by the two mountain chains Isiga Bergen and Ardars Rygg. North of the Isiga Bergen lies a frozen wasteland inhabited by mostly nothing known to the inhabitants south of the mountains except horror stories and wars to keep things up there at bay.
Four regions of men primarily makes up the southlands of the continent.
