Proficiencies
Different cultures value different skills in life by tradition and practicality, each culture provide a base set of proficiencies for a character.
Languages
Every culture has at least one language that a character which have lived in it for an extended period of time have picked up.
Dwarven
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Dwarvish and Common.
Dwarves of the land
Dwarves of the mountains
Conscription. You have proficiency with the battleaxe, handaxe, light hammer, and warhammer in addition to light and medium armor.
Tool Proficiency. You gain proficiency with the artisan’s tools of your choice: smith’s tools, brewer’s supplies, or mason’s tools.
Elven
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Elvish.
High Elves
Mostly dwelling in the capital Izalar on the flying islands.
Its exceedingly rare for anyone of non Elven ancestry to with in an High Elven society long enough to become a part of it.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Elvish.
Elf Weapon Training. You have proficiency with the longsword, shortsword, shortbow, and longbow.
Cantrip. You know one cantrip of your choice from the wizard spell list. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for it.
Wood Elves
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Elvish and Sylvan.
Human
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common.
