Fleeting

Given you have to X, but think that you can’t.

  1. Gaps Identify, formulate questions and answer them
  2. Obstacles Identify, alleviate or re-frame
  3. Accept unwillingness Go on with your life, it’s ok

Gaps

Not feeling able to do something often comes from not understanding it. Identify what the gaps are and formulating questions on how to close them are key to solving X.

This can lead to one or more new X’s and finally to what allow one to accomplish the original X.

Obstacles

Known things that are in the way of you X’ing. Identify how to alleviate them or instead re-frame your perspective of the obstacle.

This can of course lead to become new X’s

Accept unwillingness

When one have (or even before) identified gaps and obstacles to allow one to X, but you still don’t. Accept that you don’t want to X.
